Meet Ben
Ben W is the founder of IELTSPodcast and an AI consultant who helps small businesses save time.
He grew up in Honley, West Yorkshire, and trained as an English teacher. After university he moved to Spain and set up a face-to-face tutoring business, then took it online. His website, IELTSPodcast, grew to more than 15,000 visits a day. Along the way he taught himself SEO, content and copywriting.
When Google updates and Covid hit his traffic, Ben started building tools instead. He made chatbots, an SEO tool and an essay marker. He later worked as a content manager, where he automated tasks, ran social media and launched a company podcast that earned the company a meeting with JP Morgan.
Today he runs Szellem AI Services, helping business owners use AI to cut out repetitive admin and focus on the work that matters.
